Back End Developer

Requirements:Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);Experience in utility crossing coordination or project management within the transmission line and/or renewable sector (3-5 years);Experience with project management tools;A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Land Surveying, or a related field

Preferred:PMP certification

Responsibilities:Coordinate effectively with multiple consultants including surveyors, land agents, developers, other utility owners, title companies, legal counsel, and construction personnel.Be responsible for managing utility crossing agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, securing necessary permits, tracking agreement status to support executed agreements prior to construction start, managing document control to support accurate reporting, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
