This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it. This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects usingServiceNow. The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skillsalong with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design acomplex solution to meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highlydesired.

Experience required:Experience withServiceNow development and/or administrationExperience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)Experience withServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notificationsand reportingProficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience with ITService Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)Experience buildingand maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveragingREST, SOAP, and other APIs
