What We're Looking For

Extensive Experience:

JavaScript and React: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and frameworks like React.Backend Technologies: 5+ years of experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL.CSS Frameworks: Strong expertise in modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.GitHub: Proficient in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.Vercel: Experience with deploying and managing applications on Vercel.Supabase: Strong knowledge of Supabase for building and managing databases and authentication.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.Strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and other developers.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect and implement efficient, scalable solutions.

Innovation and Adaptability:

Eager to stay updated with the latest technologies and continuously improve the platform.Ability to adapt to new challenges and innovate in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, especially in a remote setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Full-Stack Development: Leading the development of scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.UI/UX Implementation: Designing and implementing intuitive and engaging user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.Architectural Leadership: Guiding the architectural decisions and ensuring the technical quality of the platform.Team Leadership: Mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.Continuous Improvement: Driving innovation and keeping the platform at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.
