Compensation: $75-87.65/hr.

Project: The Project is a livestreaming generator that our team feeds clips/footage into for it to run a continuous livestream to consumers.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the RoleWrite code and tests, build prototypes, and debug issues using the Go programming language and Goa web framework.Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, design and analysis efforts.Optimize applications for security, performance, and scalability.Develop automated tests to ensure business requirements are met.Communicate with stakeholders, project management, and quality assurance teams regarding business requirements and progress on technology roadmap. Must Have Skills / Requirements

1. Experience programming with Go - a. Can code with Go language

2. Need to have worked with livestreaming delivery technology like HLS - a. Will be working with HLS daily

3. Having done back-end services for deployment in cloud - a. kubernetes, or working with AWS or GCP or AZURE directly.

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred RequirementsGoa back-end framework experienceVideo engineering experience (transcoders, broadcast engineering, etc.)Likes basketball or racing. Technology Requirements

1. Experience programming with Go language.

2. Containerization experience (Docker)

3. CDN experience (cloudflare, Fast.ly, etc.)

4. Cloud services (azure, AWS, GCP)

Years experience: 5-10 YoE professional programming
