You will be working on modern technologies including Scala, ZIO & Akka to build and maintain a huge group of microservices. It is expected that you will have a full stack mindset, as you will have to get stuck in with consumer-facing applications and UI's, from time to time. You will do this with React & Typescript 🥞

What will you do?

Developing code to enhance features and enhance the performance of our (web/mobile) applications and microservices catering to our customer base.Conducting code reviews for fellow software engineers in your Scrum team and across the Digital team.Engaging in collaborative problem-solving sessions with software engineers, designers, and stakeholders to address software engineering and product challenges.Actively contributing knowledge within the company's "Guilds" structure, sharing insights with fellow software engineers.Providing mentorship and guidance to other engineers within the Digital team.Actively working alongside your manager and team members to foster your career growth.

Requirements;Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a backend engineer.Your track record includes substantial expertise in constructing microservices in Scala.You possess a strong background in functional programming.Additional qualifications include building web applications.Extra points if you have hands-on experience in mobile application development.You exhibit a commitment to personal growth and learning.You are a dedicated developer, known for inspiring and motivating your peers by sharing knowledge and your contagious enthusiasm.You demonstrate familiarity with various software testing methodologies and frameworks.Your expertise extends to Docker technology.Your motivation aligns with our mission.
