Senior Flutter Developer

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of professional experience in Flutter development, a strong grasp of software engineering principles, and a passion for delivering high-quality mobile applications. Experience with React Native is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities:Development & Design: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for mobile applications.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and efficient mobile applications.Code Quality: Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and following best practices in software development.Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and processes.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development with a strong focus on Flutter.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Dart programming language.Strong experience with Flutter framework and its ecosystem.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration.Knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Additional Skills (Add-On):Experience with React Native is a plus.Familiarity with other mobile development frameworks or languages.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., Firebase, AWS).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes and app store guidelines.
