Senior Software Developer - AWS

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications on the AWS platform.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based microservices using Spring Framework and event-driven architectures.Leverage AWS technologies such as SQS, SNS, and S3 to build scalable and reliable solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (cucumber, fitnesse) to ensure code quality.Adhere to enterprise development standards and best practices, contributing to the overall architecture and design.Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is highly preferredMinimum 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in modern application development on AWS.Mastery/ Deep-expertise in in JAVA with a minimum of 9/10 proficiency with strong experience in Generics, Collections Framework, Exception Handling and Multithreading.Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Framework.In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven development.Expertise in AWS technologies, including SQS, SNS, S3, and Docker.Experience with automated testing frameworks (cucumber, fitnesse).Familiarity with Oracle DB and JPA or equivalent.Proven track record of developing large-scale enterprise applications.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in the financial industry or a similar regulated environment.Familiarity with Intellij IDEA or equivalent IDE.Contributions to open-source projects or communities.Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Java SE DeveloperAWS Certified Developer - AssociateAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
