Role Overview:Join our dynamic team responsible for managing low-latency third-party integrations and escalated support within our high-volume bet execution software. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of critical platforms and driving improvements with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-volume, low-latency integrations with third parties.Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance reliability and performance.Diagnose and resolve software defects and escalated support issues.Provide on-call support as part of a 24/7 rotation.

Skills/Qualifications:

Essential:

Minimum 4 years of development experience, proficient in C#, .NET 5 and above, .NET Framework 4.7.2, and one or more ORMs (Dapper/EF Core), RESTful services.End-to-end SDLC experience, including maintenance, support, issue investigation, resolution, and documentation.Proficiency in SQL and database development, ideally T-SQL/PostgreSQL.Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas concisely and effectively.Strong literacy in C# with the ability to understand and work with others' code.Willingness to take ownership of problems and drive them to resolution.Passion for solving complex problems and simplifying processes.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Web Debugging software like Fiddler or Browser-based tools/add-ons.Familiarity with Kubernetes.Understanding of the web technology stack.Experience in high-throughput, low-latency multi-threaded transactional systems, preferably in betting, financial, e-commerce, or online gaming sectors.Knowledge of Visual Studio 2022/VS Code, SQL Server (T-SQL queries and basic administration), and enterprise messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ).Familiarity with the betting industry and a keen interest in sports.
