About the Role: We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Developer with strong data analysis skills to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing AI-powered solutions, including chatbots and data-driven insights, that help SMEs streamline processes and make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities:-Develop and deploy machine learning models for various AI applications, including chatbots and predictive analytics.-Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-performance AI solutions.-Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and create data visualizations for client presentations.-Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.-Continuously optimize AI models based on performance metrics and client feedback.-Stay updated with the latest AI and data analysis trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.-Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).-Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau).-Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa).-Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.-Passion for leveraging AI to optimize time and improve business efficiency.
