As a Director of Developer Learning Insights in Worldwide Learning, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of developer education. Leveraging your managerial experience and deep expertise about professional and next generation developers globally, you will drive a unified Microsoft approach to create and land comprehensive and engaging learning content for developers around the world. You will hone your cross-company leadership capabilities while collaborating with multiple organizations across Microsoft to scale effectively. This role is flexible in that you will be able to partner with your manager to define the way that you’d like to work, whether that is in the office or from home. You will travel to Redmond (if not Redmond-based) and around the world for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 7+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project managementOR equivalent experience.6+ years people management experienceOR equivalent experience.6+ years experience as a developer, working with developers, or building learning experiences for developers.

Integrated Learning M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.
