Head of Developer Relations/Advocacy (Cloud)

My client is a hugely disruptive early-stage cloud-based developer platform. They are about to announce a significant Series A funding round from Tier 1 VCs. The platform allows developers to build and ship highly scalable applications much faster than any other competitor.

They are looking to hire a Head of Developer Advocacy (based in the UK or the US) who will be responsible for building the DevRel function from the ground up. This person will be responsible for building relationships within the developer community, creating outstanding and engaging content, and driving adoption of the platform.

The role requirements are :-Technical background, ideally with at least two years engineering experience (JS/TS, Kubernetes, Heroku, Docker, or similar).Ability to write quality code across multiple tech stacksSolid experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and cloud computing technologies (Google Cloud, Azure. AWS).Track record of creating engaging technical content and building a developer community.Ability to travel to multiple conferences, potentially globally.
