Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Title: Senior Salesforce EngineerDuration: 6-12 months (with possible extension or FTE conversion)Skills : Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud, Manufacturing cloud, Data processing engine (DPE), LWC, Apex, customization and api configuration exp, Object oriented principles and programming.

NOTE: It's fine if you don't have experiene with Manufacturing cloud and/or DPE. We will provide on-the-job training for the same.

Job Summary:As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, integrating APIs, and ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems. This role demands a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and experience with programming languages such as Apex and JavaScript within the Lightning Web Component (LWC) framework.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.- Interface with end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues and implement integration processes using Salesforce's Web Services API and third-party integration tools.- Adhere to consistent development practices, including continuous integration, automated testing, and documentation, to maintain high-quality code and Salesforce best practices.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.- Proven experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and programming.- Experience with API configuration and customization within Salesforce.- Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.- Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
