Senior Salesforce Developer

General Description: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and customization, with experience in delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional requirements.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.Perform data migrations, data management, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.Provide support and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce environment.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and apply them to enhance the platform’s capabilities.

Must-Have Skills:Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in the APAC region.Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, or similar.Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I).

Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce products.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Knowledge of regional compliance and data privacy regulations in the Europen region.Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator).
