Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Polarion Developer to join our team. This role involves end-to-end software development and lifecycle management, focusing on Polarion customizations and integrations to meet business needs.

Skills & Experiences required:Good understanding of SDLC Processes and all the ALM phases.Executing projects with End-To-End Software Development Lifecycle using an Agile or Waterfall Methodology, including Software Source Control, Defect Tracking, Testing, Requirements Management.Extensive hands-on experience on developing Polarion customizations such as workflow automations, trigger scripts, custom LiveReports development, macros development, etc.Extensive hands-on experience on Core Java and REST APIs based integrations development.Good understanding of any of the major ALM tools such as Siemens Polarion as an End User, Power User (configurator) and Customizations development.Basic understanding of OSLC APIs & OSLC based integrationsApplying SDK/APIs understanding to developing integrations and plugins around ALM tools.Technical ownership of ALM end-to-end solution.Building and implementing solutions with ALM tools with latest Industry trends and best practicesInteract closely with business users and extract the business requirements based on their pain areas and convert it into Data Model.Leading and conducting trainings.Conduct UATs and CRPs (intermediate demos to customer)
