Come help build Heavy Resume! Sick of the interview process? Want to do something about it?
Heavy Resume is looking for an experienced part-time software engineer to work on the product, which is built on a proprietary top to bottom Python stack. Heavy Resume uses ReactPy, a server-side front-end solution that borrows a lot from ReactJS. This is a "FlexWork" equity heavy position. You’ll work on your own schedule with the guidance of James, the technical CEO, to deliver tickets and get paid as a contractor. At this time the role is seeking experienced developers with 5+ years of professional web development experience and who can ideally contribute on most of the facets of a start-up.
This has a 40 hour probationary period (measured by coding time) from which a share contract will be drafted to describe the shares per hour you would earn. Shares are earned by coding and then committing your hours coding into the repository. They are awarded at a later date based on what’s contributed.
This position is part of "dog-fooding" the technology and is very much real.
