Core Requirements for Backend Lead Developer:🔎 Technical Expertise:At least 8 years in backend development is required, with a focus on 5+ years expertly navigating the Node.js landscape.Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript imperative.Seasoned with Node.js ecosystems, such as Express.js, building systems celebrated for their performance and scalability.✔️ Database Proficiency:Demonstrated prowess in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.Acute knowledge of database optimization, query tuning, and ORM (Sequelize, TypeORM).☁️ Cloud Infrastructure:Commanding knowledge of AWS services and architecture, including serverless AWS Lambda initiatives and container orchestration solutions (ECS, EKS).Versed in infrastructure-as-code approaches, with hands-on AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.🔗 Web3 and Blockchain:A solid understanding of blockchain principles and keen engagement with web3 technologies.Experience knitting together multiple blockchain networks (Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain) with backend architectures.Comfort working with web3.js or ethers.js.🚀 High-Frequency Trading Systems:Expertise in high-frequency trading platforms or algorithmic trading systems within the crypto domain is highly desirable.
