Our client is seeking a Senior DotNET Developer (.Net Developer) to be a key developer on the Think Cultural Health (TCH) multi-factor authentication project. TCH a website of the HHS Office of Minority Health, which includes educational resources about culturally and linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) in health care and e-learning opportunities. The TCH website will be undergoing implementation of centralizing the user identity and implementation of multi-factor authentication across twenty site locations. The Senior DotNET Developer will be leading the development efforts for those tasks under the guidance of the Software Architect.
Key Responsibilities:Develop an architectural, senior level design for a Multi-Factor Authentication/Single Sign-on site.Maintain project integrity and commit to the predetermined code schedule.Support the complete integration process.Work with the development team on technical issues and break-fix resolutions.Leverage intimate knowledge of Azure DevOps and Continuous Integration Process, find solutions to improve deployment to internal testing sites as well as to production.Understand and implement feedback from architects, UX designers, senior developers, testers, and users.Take ownership of assignments, seeing them to completion; ask questions, independently push through and solve problems, meet deadlines and quality expectations without delaying others.Leverage own knowledge and expertise to advise and support the project team and its members in successful project completion. Demonstrate commitment to the team, the project and individual work.
Qualifications:7 years minimum of .NET Full Stack development experience (.NET framework, SQL server, and design patterns).Experience with designing and implementing multi-factor authentication across multiple, sometimes dissimilar systems that does not impact operations or performance.Project and/or team leadership experience a plus.Experience working in Azure DevOps environment.Experience with front-end architecture, architectural styles/APIs and evaluating existing architectural site designs.Experience working in a development environment that supports continuous integration/continuous deployment. Experience standing up a development environment is a plus.Experience developing and implementing architectural requirements to consolidate individual site logins to a centralized, single sign-on system.Jira experience required.Understanding of the UX/UI relationship to a successful product.Focused on creating functional and intuitive interfaces that work. Deep knowledge of PowerShell scripting and creation of custom Cmdlets for reuse using the new features brought with Powershell V5.An intimate knowledge of tools: (Visual Studio, SQL Server, browser debugging, etc.).Understanding of IIS and MSDeploy.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate and build relationships with clients, partners, staff, remote colleagues, and others.Able to, both independently and collaboratively lead, solve problems, and make decisions.
