Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled MySQL + MERN Stack Developer with strong experience in database management and web development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining web applications and databases to ensure top performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Design, manage, and optimize complex MySQL databases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and database issues.

Required Qualifications:MySQL: 4-5 years of experience with strong expertise in database design, optimization, and management.React.js: 3-4 years of experience in building responsive and dynamic web applications.Node.js: 2-3 years of experience with server-side development.Next.js: 3-4 years of experience in building modern server-rendered React applications.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:Experience with other front-end and back-end technologies.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
