Roles & Responsibilities

WordPress and PHP Development:Leverage 5+ years of experience in WordPress and PHP to develop custom themes and plugins.Implement and maintain solutions using HTML5/XHTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS3/Sass.Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in WordPress core architecture.

Troubleshooting and Conflict Resolution:Demonstrate expertise in identifying and resolving plugin, theme, and server conflicts.Conduct thorough troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.

APIs and Database Management:Manage APIs and databases effectively to enhance functionality and user experience.Implement robust database solutions to support application requirements.

Frontend Development:Showcase strong proficiency in Vanilla JS and JavaScript for frontend development.Utilize React JS as a Headless CMS for enhanced flexibility and scalability.

Performance, Security, and Scalability:Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness of WordPress applications.Implement best practices to optimize website speed and user experience.

Problem-Solving and QA Testing:Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues.Conduct thorough QA testing to maintain top-quality deliverables.

Server Management:Experience with server environments such as Wp-Engine, AWS, or other cloud servers.Implement and manage server configurations to ensure optimal website performance.

Project Requirements:Essential Experience:5+ years WordPress and PHP experienceMastery in WordPress, PHP, MySql, HTML5/XHTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS3/Sass.Custom theme and plugin developmentProficiency in troubleshooting plugin, theme, and server conflicts.APIs and database managementStrong proficiency in Vanila JS and JavaScriptKnowledge of WordPress core architecture, coding standards, and the block editor (Gutenberg).Strong proficiency in React JS as Headless CMSEnsuring high performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute innovative ideas.Strong problem-solving skills.Ensure top-quality through QA testing and maintenance.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accessibility best practicesExcellent communication skills and a proactive attitudeExperience with servers like Wp-Engine, AWS, or other cloud servers.
