Job Title: Mobile Flutter DeveloperJob Overview:We are looking for a skilled Mobile Flutter Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development and a deep understanding of the Flutter framework. As a Mobile Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.Key Responsibilities:Mobile App Development:Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure the best user experience and design fidelity.Integration and API Development:Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.Implement and manage backend services and database integration as needed.Work with cloud services (e.g., Firebase) to enable features like push notifications, real-time data synchronization, and analytics.Testing and Debugging:Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of mobile applications.Debug and resolve technical issues across both iOS and Android platforms.Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and battery efficiency.Collaboration:Work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and share knowledge with the team.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and release of applications.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, tools, and industry trends.Continuously seek opportunities to improve development processes and tools.Experiment with new technologies and approaches to enhance mobile application development.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with expertise in the Flutter framework.Strong understanding of the Dart programming language.Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.Knowledge of state management approaches in Flutter, such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.Understanding of mobile app security best practices.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Swift, Android/Java or Kotlin).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.Experience with app store deployment processes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies.
