• PEGA CSSA Certified , LSA preferible • Working exp on Pega 8• Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years PEGA Experience.• In depth understanding of the latest PEGA architecture like Enterprise-class design, Application layer cake, Data Modelling, and Rule resolution.• Expertise in Case Management, flow design, Data Pages, and Log Analysis.• Experience in Background processing like Job Schedulers and Queue processors.• Strong experience towards integration hands on• Experience working in a banking project is preferred. • In depth understanding of Server, Database, Node classification is preferred.• Hands on to have CICD.• Experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.• Hands-on exp on automation testing• Experience with Kafka is strongly preferred.• Excellent communication skills (English) / able to take and provide critical feedback• Able to coach Junior or Medior engineers
