Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mid-level Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in website and mobile development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in tools such as React, Angular, Flutter, or React Native, along with some knowledge of cloud services. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development: Design and develop responsive and high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.Mobile Development: Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, ensuring a seamless user experience.UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user engagement.Performance Optimization: Optimize web and mobile applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.Cloud Integration: Utilize cloud services and technologies to deploy, manage, and scale applications in a cloud environment.Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with backend engineer, product manager and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve development processes and outcomes.

Required QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.Proven experience in website development using React or Angular.Experience in mobile application development using Flutter or React Native.Exposure to cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Technical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of frontend frameworks like React or Angular.Familiarity with mobile development frameworks like Flutter or React Native.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with frontend applications.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for learning and staying current with new technologies.Optional Qualifications:Experience with additional tools and frameworks such as NodeJS, .DOTNET, JAVA etc.Knowledge of backend development and server-side technologies.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
