The ideal profile will have: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Core Blockchain Engineer ( not a smart contract engineer but ideally someone with Layer1 exposure) Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.Proficiency in Go and Rust or Python.
