Come, transform with us.Software DeveloperWe are looking for a Software Developer , whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities"• Execute / Lead custom Software Development projects based on the technologies required and accepted by the environment available for the deployment.• Participate in workshops to identify how the processes can be transformed thru in house software solutions.• Asses and Design the solution proposal that fits the customer needs with an scope clearly delimited creating the necessary documentation.• Develop, debug, perform internal tests in a secured environment prior to move the project in to a productive environment.• Lead the user acceptance testing and share the results.• Deliver the solution, confirm that all the project information is stored and secured.• Facilitate Knowledge Transfer Sessions and Guide Others To Learn."

QualificationsMinimum qualifications"Mandatory:English B1 or above.Proficient in VBA Macros or Power BI.Intermediate in Python or C#, SQL and JavaScript.Desire:1+ years software development experienceMachine Learning understandingProject Management Experience"Preferred qualifications"Main Roles & AccountabilitiesIdentify and understand improvement opportunities (complexity, times of development, dependencies, etc.).Develop Quick Process Automations (QPAs) using VBA, MS Office pack, Java, SQL, C#, Python.Create appropiate project documentation and train operations team on how to use the developed tool.Follow standard team coding structure and maintenance of already developed solutions.Proactive to identify workarounds, fix bugs, implement changes and come up with out of the box solutionsManage project delivery throughout entire lifecycle: analyse, plan, design, build, test, deploy, maintainSelf-driven, being able to work independently and take the project to completion with minimun supervisionSelf-learner, self-starter, reach out to colleagues when you cannot find a solution
