Key Responsibilities:Identify, define, and document client needs for Business Intelligence/MicroStrategy solutions.Create and maintain metadata objects, reports, and dashboards using the latest version of MicroStrategy.Facilitate client liaison, supporting ad hoc demonstrations and interactive design sessions.Act as part analyst/part developer, extensively working with clients.Collaborate respectfully with teammates, prioritizing user missions.Communicate effectively to solve problems and achieve mission goals.Minimum of 5 years of experience with MicroStrategy’s dynamic dashboard, report development, and project design, including facts, attributes, hierarchies, and portal integration.Must have an active Top Secret clearanceExtensive experience with project planning, estimating, and approach definition.Experience in reviewing and enhancing logical and physical database designs and optimization with the Business Intelligence platform.Extensive experience with MicroStrategy schema definition, design, implementation, and maintenance.Experience with application object development, including metrics, templates, and filters.Experience in configuring, governing, troubleshooting, and tuning the Intelligence Server.Extensive experience with MicroStrategy Security Administration.Experience with client server applications and architectures.Proficiency in relational structures, dimensional data modeling, SQL skills, Data Warehousing, and reporting techniques.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate details with all levels of management.Strong people skills to identify requirements and deliver results.Web SDK experience.Experience with MicroStrategy Administration toolkit.Experience with MicroStrategy Security Administration.MicroStrategy 9.X training or certification is highly desired.
