Role Overview:Supersourcing is looking for a proficient Backend Engineer with 4-5 years of experience, especially skilled in Python and Data Structures. This remote opportunity offers the chance to work on challenging and innovative projects.Key Responsibilities:💻 Code Development: Build scalable, understandable, and maintainable code with a focus on long-term viability.🧮 Systems Architecture: Good understanding of Python's multi-process architecture and threading limitations.🗃️ Database Expertise: In-depth knowledge of both relational and key-value databases, and ability to design scalable models.⚙️ Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with in-memory databases like Redis, and knowledge of asynchronous task queuing frameworks.🛠️ Fundamentals: Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and information retrieval.🔍 Problem Solving: Comfortable with new stacks and selecting the right tools for the job.📊 Database Knowledge: Decent knowledge of PostgreSQL.

Primary Skills:🐍 Python: Expert📚 Data Structures: Expert📈 Good to have: PostgreSQL, Django, Django REST Framework
