Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will collaborate with a skilled team of software developers to design, scale and deliver new features and services. Working closely with your Tech Lead, Product Manager, and Scrum Master, you’ll ensure efficient delivery and maintain a healthy team dynamic. We expect you to champion best practices in both design and coding, with a strong emphasis on quality, organization, and automation.

Your Skills & Experience

5 + years of back-end development experienceExperience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony

○ Experience with Yii Framework is a plus

Experience building REST API’s

○ Familiar with JSON Schemas, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth

Comfortable with AWS services such as SQS and Lambdas

○ Knowledge of Node JS and TypeScript is a plus

Practical experience optimizing relational databases, preferably MySQLExperience writing tests (Unit, Integration and Functional tests)Experience working in an agile environment/squadAbility to lead by example, influencing and mentoring junior developersGood communicator, you understand your job goes beyond only coding your ticketsSelf-starter with a lot of initiative; we won’t be watching your every move, show us what you’ve got!Very good at what you do, but humble about it
