DXC offers are managing big data solutions and platforms to enable our customers to develop the fully autonomous driving of our future and to deliver the kind of business agility you need to swiftly adapt to the speed of the marketplace.Senior AI pipeline developers play a pivotal role in orchestrating the development and maintenance of robust, efficient, and scalable AI pipelines, laying the foundation for successful AI-driven applications within an organization.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for development, deployment & operation of Data pipeline, Model pipeline, Serving pipeline.• Designing the architecture of AI pipelines, considering scalability, efficiency, and modularity.• Evaluating and choosing appropriate tools, frameworks, and technologies for building robust AI pipelines. This includes selecting programming languages, libraries, and platforms that align with the project's requirements and industry best practices.• Automating processes wherever possible to enhance efficiency and reduce human intervention. They optimize pipelines for speed, accuracy, and resource utilization, ensuring cost-effective and timely execution.• Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering collaboration among team members.

Mandatory Skills Description:• Bachelor's degree or several years of experience in computer science, data science, software development, or another related field.• Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python (Preferred) OR Java (Preferred) or PySpark, C++/R• Experience working with large & complex data/ML pipelines and writing efficient code capable of processing large data streams at speed.• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying large & complex data or ML pipelines.• Experience with the development and maintenance of robust, efficient, and scalable Data & AI pipelines• Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and the use of popular AI/ML frameworks• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:• Implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure adherence to relevant regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific compliance standards.• Experience with developing Cloud Agnostic pipelines/solutions• Past implementation experience with MLOps solutions• Knowledge of embedding Audit, monitoring and observability into pipelines• Experience with ML model development & deployment
