UX/UI Developer – Data & Web Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Developer to join our team, focusing on road-mapping and tooling for our organization. This team is responsible for delivering multi-level roadmaps and scoping plans for both internal and external customers with access to our cloud strategy. They build data frameworks that interconnect and create visualizations, enabling customers to gain insights into platform developments. The current visualization tool is Power BI, but we are transitioning to web-based visualization, making this an exciting opportunity for someone with web development experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing, creating, and modifying user interfaces, with a strong background in web/HTML visualizations and Power BI. You will be responsible for taking complex data and organizing it into clear, impactful visual representations using various tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and direct data repositories.

Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with the business development team and customers to thoroughly understand their business challenges and objectives.Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of designs within given time and budget constraints.Coordinate the installation of software systems and monitor equipment functionality to ensure it meets required specifications.Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes effectively.Analyse information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications, layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.

Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI development, with a focus on data-driven design and web/HTML visualizations.A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.Proven experience in professional UI development, especially in creating intuitive and impactful interfaces using tools like Power BI.Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of user experience principles.

Must have skills:HTML/CSS Development Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing web-based user interfaces.Wireframing Experience: At least 2+ years of experience using tools like Adobe, Figma, etc., for creating wireframes and prototypes.API Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with APIs to integrate data and enhance user interfaces.
