Sharepoint Developer (Power automate and Power Apps)

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with a strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint migration projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, hands-on experience in designing and developing solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform, and expertise in migrating SharePoint environments.Key Responsibilities:SharePoint Development:Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites and applications based on business requirements.Create custom workflows, web parts, and content management systems within SharePoint.Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.Power Automate & Power Apps:Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.Develop custom applications using Power Apps to address specific business needs.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Power Platform solutions.SharePoint Migration:Plan, execute, and manage SharePoint migration projects from legacy systems or older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online or newer versions.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during the migration process.Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues.Support & Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint environments, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows.Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Power Platform features and best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online and/or on-premises versions.Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Apps, with a proven track record of developing complex workflows and applications.Extensive experience in SharePoint migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, content management, and document libraries.Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other development tools.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integration with SharePoint.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
