Role Description

This part-time role is perfect for a Big Commerce Developer who has a passion for developing e-commerce websites, e-commerce integration with ERPs, building responsive themes, and modules. The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing Big Commerce features, including custom styling and graphics, as well as integrating 3rd party apps and software. Additionally, you will work closely with our clients to ensure the highest level of customizability and flexibility to their platform.

Qualifications

Experience developing and managing Big Commerce websites and applicationsStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with web services/API integration using REST, SOAP, and XML-RPCKnowledge of PHP and MySQLExperience in e-commerce integration with ERPsAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressureComfortable working with version control systems such as GitGood communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)Relevant certifications (optional but preferred)
