Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / ConsultantExperience Required: 4 to 8 yearsLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-time / ContractAvailability : Immediate Job Overview:We seek experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers and Consultants who can architect, develop, and deploy solutions across our product portfolio. The role involves deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, integration, and implementation, ensuring our solutions meet client needs efficiently.Key Responsibilities:For Developers:Solution Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations for Dynamics 365 modules, including HRMS, Payroll, and Property Management. Utilize AL, C/AL, and .NET frameworks for extending system functionality.Plugin Development and Scripting: Create custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to automate processes and enhance Dynamics 365 capabilities using Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Integration Management: Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications using REST APIs, web services, and Azure Logic Apps.Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, conduct load testing, and optimize the application for better response times and resource utilization.Database Management: Manage and manipulate data using SQL Server, ensuring smooth data flow within Dynamics 365 environments.Technical Skills Required:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central, HRMS, Finance, Operations, and Property Management modules.Customization Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AL programming language, extensions, and custom development in Dynamics 365, including form modifications, plugin development, and Power Platform customizations.Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using Azure Services, APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.Power Platform: Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, Power Apps for creating custom applications, and Power Automate for workflow automation within Dynamics 365.Database & Data Management: Advanced skills in SQL Server, data migration, ETL processes, and managing data models in Dynamics 365.Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with automated testing tools, test-driven development, and performance tuning to ensure robust application delivery.Security and Compliance: Familiarity with security roles, permissions, data protection measures, and compliance standards within Dynamics 365.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-800) is highly preferred.Proven experience with Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and integration projects.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.How to Apply:Submit your resume detailing your experience and expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 via e-mail to hr@mappoptimist.com
