We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract basis.Job Description:We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to design, develop, and implement custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, and GlideScript, and will be responsible for creating automated processes and custom applications to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs.Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.Implement and manage automated processes using ServiceNow's scripting languages, including JavaScript and GlideScript.Configure, train, and evaluate NowAssist feature sets to align with business requirements.Train and fine-tune LLM (Large Language Models) for ServiceNow to enhance co-pilot performance.Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development and integration are followed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APIs.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.Deep understanding of NOW Asset know-how.Preferred Skills:Experience with NowAssist and its feature sets.Familiarity with training and fine-tuning LLM models.Qualifications:A minimum of 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
