Senior ServiceNow Developer SPM APM PPM ITBM

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Software Developer (Remote Role) for the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product, spanning several capabilities inclusive of Strategic Planning, Goals Framework, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Agile Development 2.0, and Application Portfolio Management (APM).

Client: Department of Defense (DoD) - Must have DOD Security Clearance. We can help with obtaining a Security Clearance for those who are US Citizens.Integrator: Accenture Federal Services (AFS). This is a Subcontract role through AFS.Candidate can work as W-2 or 1099 or as an independent contractor (C2C)

What we are looking for:5+ years' experience as a senior ServiceNow developer, experience with ServiceNow design and architecture concepts and principlesExperience designing and developing integration technologies such as LDAP, REST, SOAP, or JDBCHands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Planning Workspace (previously Alignment Planner), Project & Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Agile Development 2.0, or Resource ManagementWorking experience with platform applications such as Performance Analytics, Surveys and Assessments, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHubWorking experience with ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB to enable the successful deployment and operationalization of Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR appropriate combination of education and experienceServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or the CIS – PPM certification
