Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimizing for performance.Backend Development: Develop server-side logic, integrate APIs, and manage data flow using Node.js and Express.js.Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure data integrity and performance.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Version Control: Manage code using version control systems like Git and collaborate effectively through pull requests and code reviews.Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and fix bugs or performance issues in existing applications, ensuring a smooth user experience.Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the implementation of best practices.Write Clean and Efficient Code: Follow coding standards and write reusable, testable, and efficient code to build reliable software.

Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Version Control: Strong experience with Git and version control workflows.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is between 10-20k, dependent on experience.
