Software Developer - Python & Typescript

About our clientOur client, a rapidly expanding SaaS company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with their CTO and engineers, focusing on designing, building, and maintaining software solutions specifically for the LatAm and Mexican markets.

Responsabilities:Design, code, test and debug complex software while developing new functionality, and enhancing existing functionality, to meet customer requirements.Work closely with other engineers to design and develop software products for the LatAm and Mexican markets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Sales) to define, design, and ship new features.Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.Use agile methodologies to plan and track work.Regularly communicate with the team and leadership regarding project statuses and proposals.Understand and adhere to all aspects of the software development life cycle.Be flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Work during LatAm/Mexico hours and maintain regular communication with the team.Carry out other responsibilities as necessary, adjusting to the dynamic nature of the role and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of software engineering or related experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Proficient with Go, Typescript or PythonExperience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. (Prior experience in a start-up environment is a plus)Experience with AI is a plus.Experience with GCP is a plus.
