Senior Front End Developer

Job Summary: As a Front-End Developer with React experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user interface components of our web applications. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing applications that meet our users' needs.

Key Responsibilities:Develop User Interfaces: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js. Ensure that applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.Component Development: Create reusable, efficient, and modular components that can be used across various parts of the application. Leverage React’s state and lifecycle management to build dynamic and interactive features.Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional and visually appealing components. Ensure the design consistency across all platforms and browsers.Integration with APIs: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and other external services. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between front-end and back-end systems.Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues.Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications. Work with QA teams to fix bugs and implement improvements based on user feedback.Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development, particularly React.js. Share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.Code Review and Mentorship: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and performance. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure successful delivery of projects. Provide input on the technical feasibility of new features and ideas.Responsive Design: Ensure that all front-end components are fully responsive and function flawlessly on a variety of devices and screen sizes.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks like React.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Experience with build tools and package managers like Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with back-end services.Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is a plus.Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
