About The Opportunity
As a potential Intelligent Automation Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in our Beavercreek, OH office. Some Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Engaging with stakeholders to identify, document, and optimize processes that are suitable for automation.Building, configuring, and deploying scalable automation solutions while maintaining high quality assurance standards.Monitoring, supporting, maintaining, and updating automations post-deployment.Participating in educational presentations and business development opportunities to share technical knowledge and clarity with prospective clients.Contributing to strategic direction of the Intelligent Automation Team.
Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidates will have three years of experience working in a professional environment, preferably delivering RPA solutions as well as experience with:Documenting, optimizing, and automating business processes using RPA toolsProgramming/scripting in PythonHTML/CSS, JSON, and RESTful APIsGit-based version control tools such as GitHub or GitLabFunctional knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft Power Automate.Dedication to enhancing the client’s business mission, vision, and goals through automation.Strong communication, analytical and documentation skills.Detailed listening skills and the ability to understand and interpret stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with .NET, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, and/or SQL Server.Functional knowledge and prior experience building AI strategies, techniques and tools.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000
Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
