Senior Yardi Developer

The RoleWe are seeking a highly qualified Senior Yardi Developer to join our team of consulting professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience with custom reports in Yardi, and thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting.In this position, you will work in cooperation with Lynx leadership, their project management team, and external parties such as Yardi to deliver the full life cycle of our client engagements. This may include scoping meetings as well as post-implementation support.

ResponsibilitiesCreate custom reports using tools such as SQL, SSRS, YSR, VBA, Custom Financial Analytics, FillDocs, and Correspondence to build custom reports including:Tabular reports.Mail-merge letters and contracts.Dashboards.Creative visualizations.Mobile and portal friendly reports.Drill-down reports.Notifications and Email templates.Develop customized solutions within Yardi to address clients’ needs.Identify operational needs of clients to provide scoping.Business Analyses.ETL Conversion Data Staging and Import.Sandbox Testing.Creating User documentation and ensuring internal documentation is maintained.Facilitate training sessions for clients remotely.Develop scripts and packages to diagnose problems and update Yardi database.Contribute to internal knowledge bases and scripting libraries when not engaged in client projects, and log progress regularly.

Qualifications3+ years of experience with Yardi database reporting.5+ past custom report writing experiences.Experience in SQL and API.Collaborative and lifelong learner mindset.Works well in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving skills.Good communication skills.Fluency in French is an asset.Self Motivated.
