Key Responsibilities

Front End Development:Lead the development of responsive and high-performance web applications using React, React Native, and Next.js.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring user interfaces to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.Implement and maintain design consistency using Tailwind CSS and other modern styling tools.Full Stack Integration:Work closely with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization across the application.Utilize Node.js to develop server-side functionality, enhancing the performance and scalability of web applications.Cloud Services & DevOps:Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).Utilize Git for version control and participate in CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.Optimization & Performance:Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, employing best practices for front-end performance.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards are met across all digital platforms.Collaboration & Leadership:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality products.Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Continuous Learning & Innovation:Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development, cloud services, and DevOps practices.Proactively suggest improvements to enhance application functionality, performance, and user experience.

What We're Looking For:Technical Skills:Extensive experience with React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, and Tailwind CSS.Proficiency in version control using Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.Experience deploying and managing applications on GCP and AWS.Experience & Expertise:A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in building scalable and responsive web and mobile applications.Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) and RESTful APIs integration.Problem-Solving & Innovation:Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Communication & Teamwork:Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with diverse teams.
