What you will do:

As an AEM Developer and with the help of your team and the Portfolio Manager, you will shape and participate in every step of new and ongoing projects, from discovery to final delivery, collaborating with both regional project teams and our global AEM craft circle. We need you to implement innovative solutions to our clients' various challengesPerform requirements analysis, in collaboration with your team and the client: guide clients in balancing value and effort, and share cross-functional knowledge with your peersDesign and implement Adobe solutions for clients using the latest technologies from AEM to other solutions of the Experience Cloud, including exploring new technologies and components and evaluating their suitabilityParticipate in release management and deploymentsCreate key integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, DAM and PIMOptimize internal work processes in collaboration with various teams and/or stakeholders

What you should have:

You have (ideally, at least 3 years) experience in AEM Sites & AEM Assets development with strong experience working with OSGi, Apache Sling and proficiency with Maven, HTL, etc., especially in an agency environmentYou have experience developing for AEM Cloud Service, using Editable Templates and WCM Core ComponentsYou know the difference and can apply both Content Fragments and Experience Fragments in your solutionsYou are comfortable with Dispatcher configurationsYou have strong Java development skills and enjoy actively developing your technical skills by staying current with current programming conventionsYou have experience creating automated unit tests as part of project deliveryYou have strong JavaScript skills and good knowledge of HTML and CSSYou know Cloud Manager, Dynamic Media, AEM Headless (great assets)You are familiar with Edge Delivery Services and Universal Editor or have even worked with it (this is a plus, but not a negative)
