Full Stack AI Developer

Who we are:Convert AI is a company that helps seed YC SaaS startups up to Fortune 500 companies grow faster. We do this by enabling clients to run better lead generation campaigns. We are looking to bring on a team member to help our customers continue to win by exceeding their revenue goals with our help.

Who we’re looking for:You're comfortable joining an early stage startup and you're fiercely creative, driven, and resourceful. You are ready to build something meaningful to help our clients (YC companies, 500 Startups companies, and A16Z clients).

Responsibilities:•Create automations and software using a mix of code/no code tools to deploy personalized, relevant, compelling messaging to engage high-level decision makers.•Devise workflows to target prospects and generate leads out of high level Directors and VPs.•Fine-tuning models to generate targeted copywriting campaigns with Agentic AI to optimize for performance.

Must have’s:•3+ years of experience in full stack development•Strong familiarity with using generative AI tools like Copilot and Cursor to speed up your dev velocity.* •Track record of being a highly motivated problem-solver.•You embody our values of extreme ownership, mastery, resourcefulness, and a student's mindset.

Awesome if you:•Can show you're competitive and resourceful. What projects have you owned and brought to fruition?•Working knowledge of marketing concepts and project management tools.•Have managed pods before, or at least one person as part of a team. You assigned outcomes and held someone responsible to hitting them.
