Full Stack Developer - Mobile App Development

Location

Remote - We can consider candidates from India, UK, Ireland, Spain, working in the Spanish timezone.

Experience

3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on mobile app development. Proven experience with React Native development. Experience in building and deploying Android and iOS applications. Strong experience in backend API development. Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development:

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native. Build and optimize applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces.

Backend API Development

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs to support mobile app functionalities. Ensure the scalability and security of backend services. Proficient in Node.js & Express.js.

Database Management

Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB to store and retrieve data efficiently. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Cloud Infrastructure

Utilize AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale application infrastructure. Implement best practices for cloud security, performance, and cost management.

Collaboration And Teamwork

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and other developers. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in JavaScript. Strong understanding of mobile app design principles and interface guidelines. Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other mobile development frameworks. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
