Job Overview:We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with extensive experience in Blue Prism. If you have a passion for automation, programming, and working with databases, we would be delighted to have you join our team.

Key Responsibilities:Develop RPA Solutions: Utilize Blue Prism to create automation solutions tailored to business requirements.Project Management: Oversee all phases of RPA projects, from initial planning through to deployment.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of existing RPA systems, resolving any issues that arise.System Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with other software systems, including legacy mainframe systems.Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior RPA developers.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA processes and solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:Blue Prism Experience: 5 to 7 years of practical experience with Blue Prism.Programming Skills: Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, or Python.API and Database Knowledge: Experience with APIs and databases.OCR Tools: Experience with OCR tools is advantageous.Mainframe Experience: Familiarity with mainframe applications is a plus.Project Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering RPA projects.

Soft Skills:Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information.Teamwork: Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality work.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
