Intern - Flutter Frontend Developer (Startup - Early Stage)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Duration: Minimum 6 months

About the Role:I am the product owner of an early-stage dating app startup, and I’m looking for a talented and motivated Frontend Development Intern who has a keen eye for design. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly on a product that is in its nascent stages and to make a meaningful impact on its development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product owner to design and develop the user interface for the dating app using Flutter. • Design & Implement UI/UX designs that are visually appealing and user-friendly. • Ensure responsive design and a seamless user experience across various mobile devices. • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other necessary functionalities. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. • Continuously optimise the app for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Flutter for mobile app development. • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. • Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Familiarity with Dart programming language. • Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them with frontend components. • Understanding of version control systems like Git. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of State Management in Flutter (Provider, Riverpod, etc.). • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Basic understanding of backend technologies and how they interact with frontend systems.

Education and Experience:

• No formal education qualifications are required. • Basic experience or knowledge in frontend development and design is sufficient.
