Thoughspot Developer |Freelancing|100% Remote WFH

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex ThoughtSpot applications and dashboards.

• Migrate existing Qlik based applications to ThoughtSpot using ThoughtSpot features.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BI projects on ThoughtSpot.

• Leverage your experience with QlikView and QlikSense (a plus) to enhance ThoughtSpot solutions.

• Write and optimize efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data for analysis.

• Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.

• Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation activities to ensure data quality.

• Take ownership of assigned development tasks and provide guidance to junior team members.

• Knowledge of QlikView and QlikSense is a plus.

• Experience in developing BI Solutions supporting commercial pharma.

• Experience in optimizing dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and standardization.

• Experience in data modelling, data cleansing, and data transformation activities.

• Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.

• Should be able to take ownership of the development tasks assigned and be responsible for guiding the buffer resources assigned within the team.

• Good to have Life Science experience minimum of 2-3 years.

Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience as a BI developer or in a related field.

• Proven experience with ThoughtSpot development and administration.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

• Experience writing and debugging complex SQL queries.

• Experience developing BI solutions for sales performance reporting (a plus).

• Experience optimizing dashboards for usability, performance, and user adoption.

• Proven ability to manage complex data models and ensure data quality.

• Experience with end-to-end BI project implementation methodology.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with Life Science data (2-3 years minimum) is a plus.

Preferred Technical Skills

- Proficiency in ThoughtSpot’s TQL (ThoughtSpot Query Language) for advanced query operations.

• Experience in ThoughtSpot’s Embrace feature for integrating with external databases.

• Experience with ThoughtSpot’s SpotIQ for AI-driven insights.

• Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot’s DataFlow for data ingestion and transformation.

• Hands-on experience ThoughtSpot’s Pin Boards and Liveaboards for interactive data exploration.

• Experience with integrating ThoughtSpot with other BI tools and data sources.

• Proficiency in setting up Data flow, Table Sync for in memory & embrace type of applications.

• Expert level experience in setting up Worksheets and ability to create the underlying data model.

• Troubleshoot the issues with sync failures, querying issues, liveaboards.

• Expert in developing worksheets that are performance optimized for external sources such as Snowflake

• Experience in connecting ThoughtSpot with Snowflake and creating BI applications.

Note : Work Location-Chennai (1st week of Onboarding-mandate to be in Chennai )
