We are seeking a skilled ITSI Splunk Developer to join our dynamic team supporting our Federal client . The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) solutions, leveraging their expertise to provide actionable insights, enhance monitoring capabilities, and optimize performance across various IT services. As an ITSI Splunk Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure through advanced Splunk implementations.This is a Remote OpportunityKey Responsibilities:Design and Development: Create and configure ITSI services, KPIs, and notable events to provide comprehensive visibility into IT operations.Data Integration: Develop and manage Splunk data inputs, extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, and ensure effective data ingestion from various sources.Dashboards and Reporting: Build and maintain customized dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights into IT performance and incidents.Performance Tuning: Optimize Splunk searches, queries, and performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations, development, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective ITSI solutions.Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Splunk ITSI environments and ensure timely resolution of issues.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for Splunk configurations, processes, and best practices.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Splunk Certified Administrator, Splunk Certified Architect) are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Splunk ITSI and related technologies.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Splunk ITSI configuration and development.Strong knowledge of Splunk query language (SPL) and search optimization.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Clearance Requirements:US Citizenship is required.Candidate needs to be clearable
