React Frontend Developer

We are looking for a skilled React JS Front-End Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our custom software developments. As a React JS Front-End Developer, you will collaborate with our design and back-end development teams to create engaging and responsive user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Your expertise in React JS and UI/UX design principles will be vital in delivering an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces using React JS.2. Develop and maintain scalable and reusable front-end components using React JS.3. Create responsive and mobile-friendly web applications that deliver a seamless user experience.4. Optimize application performance to ensure fast and efficient user interactions.5. Write clean, well-structured, and documented code, following best practices and coding standards.6. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.7. Stay up-to-date with the latest React JS and front-end development trends, tools, and techniques.8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow developers.9. Collaborate with the back-end development team to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.10. Work closely with designers to ensure the implementation matches the intended user experience and design mockups.

Requirements:1. Strong proficiency in React JS and JavaScript.2. Minimum 3 years experience in developing web applications using React JS.3. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to translate design mockups into functional interfaces.4. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and client-server architecture.6. Experience with version control systems, such as Git.7. Good problem-solving and debugging skills.8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.10. A portfolio of previous React JS projects is highly desirable.

Bonus Skills:1. Experience with student/employee management portals.2. Knowledge of back-end development using technologies like Node.js, Python, or PHP.3. Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.4. Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.5. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Enzyme.

Job Type:1. Contract Basis (You will be paid per project you work on)2. Fully Remote

Remuneration:50,000 - 200,000 BDT (Will vary per project)
