Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Python, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.Create and manage APIs to support frontend applications.Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols.Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions.Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:2-4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.Proficient in Python, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party API integration.Strong understanding of database management, including MongoDB and SQL.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have:Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.js or Angular.Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
