Senior Software Developer - Growth Product Team

At Factorial we're looking for a Full-Stack Senior Product Developer to help us boost the company to the next level.

The Role 📜

We are looking for a Software developer that wants to join the Growth Team, where you will be working on the most revenue impacful projects inside the company.

Here are some projects you are going to work: a new demo that is allowing sale team to multiply our company sales, improve our upselling experience and show the better products in the better way, allow the self sales experience and convince clients without sales intervention or a stunning product updates page that allow our clients to keep track of all our new updates, allowing us to retain more clients and convince them to try new products.

Our projects are built in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails. But as we said, consider applying even if you master different technologies (we think this can enrich the team).

The annual salary range for this position is €60,500 to €71,500.

We aim to move fast: we learn, iterate, and repeat. Our team is composed of designers and developers who love revenue and work hand-in-hand to bring impactful projects to life. We also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, maintaining a horizontal structure. We have ownership of our projects and stay close to the business metrics to prioritize, implement and analyze their impact.

Talent Interview (1h) The first thing is to get to know each other and give you the chance to ask any questions you have about Factorial. Treat this interview as an informal conversation, so don’t be nervous. You can ask anything you want! Challenge (8h max.) We need to validate your knowledge before joining Factorial. The challenge is pretty simple, we will evaluate your coding process, your ability to write clean code, your ability to analyze and test your solution, your decision making and your capacity to prioritize. Presentation (1h) Once you finish the challenge, we’ll do a second interview so you can present your challenge to the team. Offer Letter If everything plays out, we’ll make you a formal offer based on all the steps above.
